An Open Letter to Hip-Hop

Perhaps the deepest statement on the present state of hip-hop. Fellas, we have to step up and meet the  sistats half-way on this, and make a personal committment to change the way the hip-hop game is being played. In short, it's time for us to stand with the ladies and say that we simply won't tolerate (what we've allowed) hip-hop to become. Very deep.
